- Cotton thread or rope (If you want to fix it on the wall by gluing, you can prepare tape)
👔Step 1: Cut and draw with activity paper
Print out the activity paper "Father's Day Ornaments" and let your children paint the ornaments with their favorite colors first, then cut them out separately. You can string the ornaments together and hang them on the wall, or stick them on the windows. Decorate the space where your children usually hang out to create a Father's Day atmosphere.
👔Step 2: Parent-child reading time
When enjoying hands-on fun with your children, don’t forget to also make time to read books with themes related to Father’s Day! For example: Red Book #9 “Being a Mom”, Yellow Book #67 “Bird Eggs”, and Green Book #49 “Dad Didn’t Come Home”. Through parent-child reading, not only can parent-child interaction be enhanced, but it can also help children connect life experiences with Chinese learning, making learning more meaningful and interesting.
