At the end of July, a fire broke out in our cooperative warehouse. Fortunately, no one was injured, butAlmost all stock is goneThe books and reading pens that I had read with my children, recorded with them, and proofread one by one, have become empty shelves - and my heart has also become empty.

We have no choice but to move forward. Now we are doing:

• Conduct a comprehensive inventory, file claims, and rebuild supply as quickly as possible.
• A small amount of spotLeave it toFamilies most in need.
• Accelerate the start of small-batch replenishment and shorten waiting time.
• Estimated bulk replenishment:Q2026–Q1 2(May be fine-tuned based on the supply chain).

Fire Incident & Shipping Update

Today my hands are still shaking as I write this.

At the end of July, our partner warehouse had a fire. Thankfully no one was hurt, but almost all inventory is gone.

The books and reading pens we read with children, recorded, and proofed—are now empty shelves. A piece of our heart is missing, too. We have no way back, only forward.

What we're doing now

• Full stock check and insurance claim to rebuild supply.
• Limited stock will be reserved for families who need it most.
• Starting small-batch production to shorten the wait.
• Large restock estimated Q1–Q2 2026 (subject to supply-chain changes).
