🎙️Connecting the world with the pen: Jeane's heartwarming utopia ~ Opening a new chapter for Lele's pen pals

🎙️筆下連結世界:Jeane溫暖構想的烏托邦~開啟樂樂筆友的新篇章

The language your child learns is the responsibility of your parents.

Lele Pen Pal ProjectThe origin of the "Letter Writing" project was a small inspiration from Jeane, Lele's mother who attended a Sydney reading club. Jeane initially proposed the idea because she wanted to encourage children learning Chinese to connect with the language through the simple yet powerful method of "letter writing," rather than just sitting at a desk memorizing words and doing homework.

Parents accompany and guide their children, write together, and wait for letters to come back together. This is not only a part of learning, but also a gentle interaction between parents and children, and between children and the world.

We imagine if a child could write a letter to a fellow student halfway around the world who is also trying to learn Chinese. What would they write? Perhaps a small anecdote, a doodle, or perhaps even their first attempt at expressing their feelings in Chinese.

These small sharings are more heartwarming than a piece of exercise paper, and are easier for children to remember: "It turns out that I am not alone, there are many friends like me in the world.
