Engaging well written stories

I got these to help my 3 and then 5 year old practice reading. The stories are well written and engaging. My younger son is happy to bring me big stacks to read to him, and I'm pretty sure my older has them all memorized . The pen is super helpful for letting my older son engage independently. The illustrations also make it very easy to infer word meanings helping to make connection between characters and meaning.
